The service
PostCrisp processes video files you upload into a version prepared for short-form platforms. Results depend on the source and on each platform's own processing, which we don't control.
Your content
Upload only videos you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break the law or these terms.
Credits and payment
- One credit processes one video. Credits are spent when processing starts.
- If processing fails or stalls, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Credits don't expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement.
- Purchases are refundable within 14 days if the credits in the pack are unused. Email support with your Discord username to request one.
- Free signup credits are limited to one account per person.
Fair use
Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, automate account creation to collect free credits, or interfere with the service. Uploads are limited to 500 MB and 10 minutes per video.
Availability and liability
We work to keep PostCrisp available and your files safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copy of anything important: files are deleted after 7 days. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
